DESCRIPTION OF “EXPERIENCE” SERVICES
The “EXPERIENCE” services are offered by Anavila in collaboration with carefully selected partners, chosen for their proven professionalism and expertise in the field.
Each service is delivered directly by the designated partner, independently and using their own tools, equipment, and materials, including any food products. Guests acknowledge that all materials used for the service are provided solely by the partner, not by Anavila.
Each service is described in detail within its dedicated listing on the Anavila website and/or platform, and will be delivered in accordance with that description.
Anavila reserves the right to update or modify the services or their prices at any time. These changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.
Images and illustrations are for presentation purposes only and may not exactly reflect the actual service provided.
2. PRICES
Prices listed on the Anavila platform include VAT, all necessary equipment, and materials required for the service.
Any additional or special requests not included in the standard description of the service will be handled directly by the service provider and may be subject to an additional fee, to be confirmed with the guest before execution.
3. ORDER CONFIRMATION
Orders are considered valid only if the booking process is completed successfully through the Anavila platform without technical errors. A confirmation email will be sent to the guest with the full details of the service, including the scheduled date.
4. ORDER MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION
Guests may request to modify their booking within the time limits stated on the platform. Requests will be accommodated subject to availability.
5. CANCELLATION POLICY
For “EXPERIENCE” services, the guest has the right to cancel their booking under the following conditions:

More than 14 days before the service date: 100% refund

Between 7 and 14 days before the service date: 50% refund

Within 7 days of the service date: No refund
The right of withdrawal does not apply once the service has been fully performed, in accordance with Article 59 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005.
6. PAYMENT
Payment is required at the time of booking and may be made using:

Credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

PayPal

Other electronic methods listed on the platform

Cash payments are not accepted. Online payments are processed securely by certified providers.
7. INVOICING
Invoices are issued upon request at the time of booking. Billing details must be entered during registration or checkout.
8. LIABILITY
Anavila is not liable for any damage or issues resulting from improper use or storage of materials provided by the partners after service delivery. Service providers operate independently and assume full responsibility for the performance of the service.
9. PRIVACY
Anavila processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Full details are available in the Privacy Policy published on the website.
10. JURISDICTION
Any dispute concerning the interpretation or execution of these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile, if located within the Italian territory.
