Sound Healing + Rocket Yoga / Power Vinyasa (90 min)

A dynamic journey designed to energize, awaken and align every cell of your body.
The session begins with an invigorating Rocket Yoga or Power Vinyasa practice, a physically demanding and creatively sequenced flow that builds strength, boosts circulation, eliminates toxins, and expands your inner energy through powerful movement and breath.
The final part of the session shifts into Sound Healing, guiding the body into integration through vibrational resonance. The sound waves activate the parasympathetic system, calm the mind, and rebalance the energy activated during the physical practice.
This session is ideal after flights or travel fatigue: it re-energizes the body, clears mental fog, and supports healthy sleep regulation while promoting deep muscular and nervous system recovery.

PRICING
A 60-minute Yoga session + 30-minute Sound Healing costs €260 for up to 4 adults. Each additional adult is €25. All necessary equipment is included.
